How do I change or cancel a reservation?
You can always call or email us. Cancelling or changing online is also very easy (provided you have a reservation via Booking.com).

Do I have to provide my credit card details when making a reservation?
A credit card is required to make a reservation at our hotel. We reserve the right to pre-authorize the credit card.

What time can I check in?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Checking in after 9 pm is no problem, we will send you a digital guest key.

Can I bring my dog?
Yes! We love dogs. We allow dogs in our hotel, only 1 dog per room. We charge a surcharge of €25 per dog per night including a small gift. Unfortunately we cannot accept dogs in our Small Double Rooms.

Until what time can I check out?
Check-out is until 10:30 am. We do offer a late check-out until 13:30 for 29.50 euros.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel after check out?
Can I leave earlier than planned?
Rates
What are the conditions of a flexible rate?
The flexible rate, can be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival. In case of late cancellations or no-shows, 100% of the stay will be charged. The amount will be debited in advance for the total stay.
